He assists clients across a range of industries to pursue commercial objectives and manage legal risk. Raymond’s exposure to commercial matters at a pre-litigation level ensures that he is able to advise clients in relation to all aspects of corporate matters.
Raymond has significant experience negotiating complex transactions involving parties in multiple jurisdictions (including the UK, USA and China). Recent experience includes advising on the sale of Australian owned assets with a value of $130 million to a foreign purchaser.

Raymond was admitted to practice law in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Business (Applied Finance) from the Western Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
