Pierre was admitted as legal practitioner in 1997 following completion of a double degree in Law and Economics at the University of New England and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law. Pierre also practices as a notary public providing a range of notarial practice services to the firms’ clients.
Pierre is a member of several professional bodies and associations.
Chris has broad knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial matters. He regularly advises and acts for clients in:-

Business and Real Estate transactions/disputes – acquisitions\sales\joint ventures\planning;
Corporations matters including governance, director’s liability and duties;
Turnaround and company restructuring/insolvency;

Chris’ clients include insolvency practitioners, SME’s, directors, property developers, investors and high net worth individuals.
Chris often appears in the Supreme and Federal Courts. He approaches all matters meticulously with an eye for detail and strategy for success. He prides himself in providing clients with exceptional results.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Notre Dame and was admitted in 2014. He has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney focusing on Corporate, Finance and Securities Law.

Raymond is an accomplished commercial lawyer with a strong background in the areas of commercial transactions and corporate advisory, focusing largely on assisting clients pursue commercial objectives and manage legal risk. Raymond’s expertise includes
(M&A) acting in various private M&A transactions, including advising on all aspects of due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation,
(Corporate Advisory) advising companies, including subsidiaries of multinationals, on corporation law compliance, restructures and providing company secretarial services,
(Commercial Advisory) advising various clients on business restructures and asset protection, franchising, intellectual property, employment and Australian consumer law related matters.
Raymond also has significant experience negotiating complex transactions involving parties in multiple jurisdictions (including the United Kingdom, USA and China). His recent experience includes advising on the sale of an Australian owned assets to a foreign purchaser involving assets worth up to $130 million.
Raymond’s also has experience advising developers, institutional landlords and investors on high value development and investment projects, including negotiating standard and bespoke transaction documents, advising on risk management strategies, dispute prevention and funding structures, including appropriate legal structures for property development and investment.
Raymond holds a Bachelor of Laws and Business (Applied Finance) from the Western Sydney University and was admitted to practice law in 2012, and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
